Templar Panama is crafted from a team of specialists that share several decades of Real Estate sales experience.

GONZALO DE LA GUARDIA,
a Panamanian Citizen, is a Licensed Real Estate Broker, Insurance Broker and Investment Broker in the Republic of Panama, with 35 years experience in the International Insurance Market. He is a graduate of the University of Texas (B.B.A.) and the London School of Economics (M.Sc.). He has lived extensively in the US, Canada and Europe. In Panama he managed two Multinational Insurance Companies (1993 - 2001) and for the past 7 years has been advising Expats on Real Estate, Insurance and Investment matters. Gonzalo is President of Templar Panama, S.A.

MARTIN LAMB B.A. I.F.A.
Martin has 20 years experience in the finance industry and hails from the United Kingdom. After graduation he moved to Canada where he was involved in the finance operations for the Oil and Gas industry. During his 18 years in Canada he was part of six public floatation involving the Vancouver, Calgary and Toronto stock exchanges. During 2001 he moved to Caracas to work with expatriate oil and gas employers and employees preparing and securing their financial portfolios, this business resulted in him residing in Russia, Finland and Bermuda until the end of 2005. At the beginning of 2006 he moved to Panama and broadened his client base to include expatriates from all walks of life whom wished to relocate to Panama for life style change and investment opportunities. His multi jurisdictional financial experience brings a rounded balance to your financial portfolio. Martin is currently the Division President of Templar Investment.

DON EWERT
Don is from Southern California and specializes in land acquisition and development of residential projects. He joined the land division of Grubb & Ellis Company in San Diego California in 1994 working exclusively with builders and developers in land acquisition. In 1999 Don left Grubb & Ellis, after running the land division for several years, to spear head the acquisition and development of a number of projects independently before accepting positions as a land acquisitions manager, first for Amcal Multi-Housing, and later for John Laing Homes. Both of which are major building and development companies with operations in Southern California, Northern California and other states. In 2006 he left to pursue opportunities in Central America and has since been involved in several projects in both Costa Rica and Panama. Don is currently involved in land acquisition and development at Templar Panama.

JACK MARTIN MILLER
Jack is the leading authority in the world on collateral value, a collateral expert, a person who has the natural ability of finding TRUE VALUE in today's market or any market. He has mortgage banking background dealing in real estate loans and the purchase and resale of undervalued properties. He also is an expert in marketing.

TITO VASQUEZ
Worked for Hallmark Cards International for 32 years. Developed the Latin American market in Puerto Rico, Central and South America. The first Hallmark store was opened in Panama back in 1988. He retired in Panama in 2002 and got involved in the Real Estate market with great success. He is now part of the Templar team.

LOURDES AYALA
Lourdes has a bachelor“s degree in Finance from Universidad Santa Maria La Antigua and a Master“s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Louisville. Her recent experience has been in international commerce out of the Colon Free Zone with distributors who manufacture in the Far East. Previously she worked in several prominent law firms in Panama specializing in maritime law, corporations and trademarks. She is also an authorized translator in the Republic of Panama.

COLIN ELLIS, BEng, CEng
Colin is an experienced technology consultant and manages the network infrastructure and corporate website for Templar Panama. He owns a degree in Electronic Engineering from the University of Southampton, UK. He is highly skilled at Computing and enjoys the startup environment. He has participated in several startup companies both as an engineer and as CTO. He managed the IT for Real Estate projects in Costa Rica before coming to Panama.

LUCAS HILL
started his work experience laboring on construction sites during the summers for his uncle's construction company at the age of thirteen and joined the carpenters union apprenticeship program at eighteen. After becoming a journeyman carpenter Lucas worked all over the United States moving to Australia in 1986 and working for civic and civil construction all over Australia. After returning to the US he started his own construction company in California in 1993. In 1999 he moved his energy into a cable infrastructure company, which he then sold in 2002, moving to Costa Rica to initiate developments in the capital city of San Jose. After five years of frustration and disappointment with the Costa Rican way of doing business, he began to search for new opportunities in Latin America and found Panama. In 2007 he began to build the structure and connections network that is now known as Templar Panama, S.A.
